License Transfer

The license may be transferred to a different machine. This transfer action disables the key on the original machine, which will no longer be able to run NeoLoad using that key.

WARNING: You must disable the license before uninstalling NeoLoad.

Once the key has been disabled, it can be re-enabled on the new machine. The transfer procedure can take a few hours to be processed by Neotys.

Transferring the license key:

1. Run the license management dialog by clicking "Help / License Management..."
2. Select "Transfer to another computer...".
3. NeoLoad generates a disable request file named "license-inactivation.req".
4. You will need to send this file to Neotys by email at .
5. You will receive a return email from Neotys confirming that the key has been disabled for that machine.
6. You may then use the license on another machine.
