License Activation

The installed license key must be activated before using NeoLoad. This procedure will link the key to a unique machine. If needed, an activated key may be transferred to another computer by following the transfer procedure.

A license activation request is required for activation to be carried out.

1. Get the activation request file:

a. In NeoLoad, go into the Help menu and select "License Management...".
b. Click "Activate license key...".
c. Choose "Activate by email or through a web form".
d. NeoLoad generates a license activation request file named "license.req".

2. Get your activated license:

Pick the file into the following form, you will get the activated license. Use "Save As..." from your browser and save it on your disk.

3. Enter the activated license:

a. In NeoLoad, go into the Help menu and select "License Management...".
b. Click "Activate license key...".
c. Select "Enter an activated license key" and pick the file you've just saved.
